人工流产后即时放入IUD的宫内压变化及相关因素分析

目的 分析人工流产术后即时放入IUD时宫腔内压的变化及相关因素.方法 106例行人工流产术后置入宫内节育器避孕的已婚妇女作为研究对象.对比分析成功组与失败组放置IUD前后的IUP变化,及年龄、月经量、痛经等因素对IUP变化的影响.结果 106例研究对象中,成功90例,失败16例 放置IUD前IUP成功组（72.34±41.54）mm Hg与失败组（63.57±25.38）mm Hg不存在统计学差异（P〉0.05）,放置IUD后两组存在统计学差异（83.76±45.92 Vs 106.64±15.17） mm Hg（P〈0.05） 失败组研究对象大部分（75.0%）集中在30～36岁,这一年龄段放置IUD前后的IUP差异成功组与失败组存在明显统计学差异（P〈0.05） 成功组、失败组放置IUD前后的月经量均与IUP负相关（P〈0.05） 在有痛经者中成功组放置IUD前后的IUP不存在统计学差异（P〉0.05） 失败组放置IUD前后的IUP存在明显统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论 IUP在一些相关影响因素的作用下导致IUD下移乃至脱落 其中年龄、痛经与否、月经量对IUP产生一定影响.

Analysis on the changes and factors of intrauterine pressure when adding IUD after abortion

Objective To analyze the changes and factors of intrauterine pressure when adding IUD after abortion. Methods 106 cases of married women contracepted with intrauterine devices （IUD） were study objects. The IUP change,ages,menstrual volume and dysmenorrheal of success group and failure group after insert IUD were compared and analyzed. Results In the 106 cases,90 cases succeeded and 16 cases failed. There was no statistic difference of IUP before insert IUD between success group （72.34 ±41.54） mm Hg and failure group（63.57 ± 25.38） mm Hg（ P 〉 0. 05）. But after insert IUD, there was statistic difference between two groups （ 83.76 ± 45.92 Vs 106.64 ±15.17 ） mn Hg （ P 〈 005 ）. The ages of most of study object of failure group （ 75.0% ） were 30 - 36 years old. There was significant difference in IUP between the two groups of this age ranges before and after insert IUD （ P 〈 005）. There was negative correlation of menstrual volume between two groups before and after insert IUD （P 〈 0.05）. In the cases of dysmenorrheal ,there was no statistic difference in IUP before and after insert IUD（P 〉0.05 ）. There was significant difference of IUP of failure group before and after insert IUD （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Under the influence of some factors, IUP led to IUD move down,even fall down. Among the factors,ages,dysmenorrheal and menstrual volume had some influence on IUP.
