抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症

目的 观察抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床效果.方法 将2009年1月～2009年10月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的慢性精神分裂症患者52例随机分为观察组26例（抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀）和对照组26例（单纯抗精神病药）,对两组的治疗效果进行比较.结果 两组的PANSS总分及阴性症状分相比,治疗8周及12周时差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）.结论 抗精神病药联合帕罗西汀治疗阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者疗效满意,值得临床推广.

Antipsychotics merger paroxetine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia

Objective To observe clinical effects of antipsychotic merger paroxetine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia. Methods From January 2009 to October 2009 52 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group with 26 cases （antipsychotic joint paroxetine） and the control group with 26 cases （simple antipsychotic）. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference in the total PANSS,negative symptoms and treatment of 8 weeks and 12 weeks （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Antipsychotic combined with paroxetine in the treatment chronic schizophrenia with negative symptoms is satisfactory.
