苏北地区胃癌发病影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的 探讨苏北地区居民生物因素、饮食行为等各种影响因素与胃癌发生的关系.方法 对近两年苏北地区胃癌患者应用1：1配对病例-对照研究,对213例胃癌病例及对照进行问卷调查,采用条件Logistic回归对生物因素、饮食因素、生活行为等因素进行筛选.结果 胃炎既往史、幽门螺旋杆菌、三餐是否规律、腌制食物、油炸食物、植物油、食盐用量、生活节奏、生气、常饮酒为危险因素,辛辣食物、鸡蛋、豆制品为保护因素.结论 胃癌是生物因素、饮食生活习惯、社会因素等对具有不同遗传体质的个体长期反复作用的结果,宜采取以一级预防为重点的综合性防治措施.

Logistic regression analysis on the influence factors of gastric cancer in north area of Jiangsu

Objective To explore the risk factors of gastric cancer in north area of Jiangsu province. Methods Using standardized questionnaire, 1：1 matched case - control study was performed on 213 cases of GC and 213 controls for age, gender, and residence matched. Conditional logistic regression was used to analyze and screen out the risk factors for GC such as family history,food,behavior and environmental factors. Results The risk factors of GC included the family history of gastritis,HP, high salt diet ,eating spicy foods ,preserved foods,often angry etc. The protective factors were the spicy foods ,eggs and Soy. Conclusion The high incidence of GC is not only related with biological factors,eating habits,but also related with the social factors. So if we want to reduce the incidence rate of GC ,we should use general methods and the emphases is primary prevention.
