鼻中隔软骨与耳软骨联合移植治疗单侧唇裂继发鼻畸形

目的 探讨及分析自体软骨移植和＂转门术＂在单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形矫正中的应用.方法 采用鼻中隔及耳廓软骨移植联合 ＂转门术＂,选择性对34例单侧唇裂鼻畸形患者进行矫正治疗.结果 34例均获满意效果,随访30例受术者1年,无并发症.结论 应用鼻中隔及耳甲软骨移植结合＂转门术＂矫正唇裂术后鼻畸形改善效果好,患者满意 本手术利用鼻中隔软骨移植矫正外鼻畸形,同时又矫正鼻中隔偏曲,具有矫形、改善功能双重功效.

Clinical analysis on the treatment of uniluteral nasal deformity secondary cleft lipby transplantation of septum cartilage and ear cartilaye

Objective To explore and analyze cartilage transplantation ＂ and Swinging door operation＂in the correction of secondary nasal deformities of unilateral cleft lip. Methods The nasal deform ities of cleft lip in 34 eases were corrected with autologous conchal cartilage and nasal septum cartilage transplant and Swinging door operation. Results The operatire results of 34 cases were effective and satisfactory. Postoperative follow - up ranged from one year to two years. Based on the results of follow up in the 30 cases, no complications were found in all the cases. Conclusion The autologous conchal cartilage and nasal septum cartilage transplant and Swinging door operation operation may effectively correct secondary nasal deformities in unilateral cleft lip. This operation corrects extero - nasal deformity as well as deviation of nasal septum. The operation is effective in nose aesthetic and ventilatory, function.
