65例寻常型天疱疮的护理体会

目的探讨寻常型天疱疮的护理体会。方法对65例寻常型天疱疮应用消毒隔离、皮肤护理、黏膜护理、饮食护理、药物护理及心理护理等护理措施及方法，观察其临床治疗效果。结果应用上述护理措施及方法，有助于临床治疗效果。结论正确的心理护理和皮肤护理，严格的消毒隔离，指导患者合理、规则用药可提高临床治疗效果，有助于患者早日康复，减少复发。

Nursing of pemphigus vulgaris on 65 cases

Objective To explore nursing experience of pemphigus vulgaris. Methods 65 patients with pemphigus vulgaris application were treated by disinfection and isolation, skin care, mucous membrane care, diet care, drugs and psychological care measures. And to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of these patients. Results The application of these nursing measures and methods would contribute to the clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion The proper psychological care and skin care, strict disinfection and isolation, guiding patients with reasonable rules of drugs can improve clinical outcomes and help patients with early recovery and reduce relapse.
