促肝细胞生长素治疗早期肝硬化50例临床观察

目的 探讨促肝细胞生长素（HGF）对早期肝硬化的治疗作用.方法 用促肝细胞生长素静脉滴注治疗早期肝硬化50例（治疗组）每日100 mg促肝细胞生长素加入10%葡萄糖注射液250 ml缓慢静脉滴注.对照组39例给予常规治疗.结果 经过4周（一个疗程）后治疗组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、胆红素（SB）比治疗前显著降低（P〈0.05）.清蛋白、凝血酶原活动度等指标比治疗前明显升高（P〈0.05）.对照组治疗前后无明显改变.结论 HGF治疗早肝硬化有明显疗效.

A clinical observation on treatment of compensated liver cirrhosis by hepatocyte growth - promoting factors in 50 cases

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Hepatocyte Growth - promoting Factors on compensated liver cirrhosis. Methods Hepatocyte Growth - promoting Factors was administrated intramuscularly in dosage of 100 mg addlO% GS250 ml gtt intravenously guttae slowly per day to 50 patients with compensated liver cirrhosis. Other 39 control cases were given regular therapy. Results At the end of first therapeutic course with Hepatocyte Growth - promoting Factors, significant reduction in ALT and SB （ P 〈 0 05 ）, increase in albumin and PTA （P 〈 0 05 ）. Conclusion A clinical observation on treatment of compensated liver cirrhosis by Hepatocyte Growth - promoting Factors achieved obvious curative effect.
