利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵口服液治疗手足口病的疗效观察

目的观察利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵VI服液治疗儿童手足VI病的疗效。方法将108例患儿随机分为3组，治疗I组给予利巴韦林颗粒和清开灵口服液口服；治疗Ⅱ组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服；治疗Ⅲ组给予清开灵口服液口服；观察比较三组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗I组的效果明显优于治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅲ组，表现为退热、口腔愈合、手足皮疹消退的时间明显缩短，总病程也明显缩短（P〈0．01），未见明显不良反应。结论利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵口服液治疗儿童手足口病疗效好，值得推广应用。

Effects of Ribavirin granules combined with Qingkailing Oral Liquid for hand - foot - mouth disease

Objective To observe the effect of Particles observed ribavirin combined with Qingkailing Oral in the treatment of children with hand -foot - mouth disease. Conclusion The effect of Ribavirin granules combined with Qingkailing Oral in the of treatment of children with hand - foot - mouth disease is good, and worth popularizing.
