精神疾病患者血清肌酸激酶活性研究

目的 探讨精神疾病患者血清肌酸激酶活性及临床意义.方法 选择入院时血清肌酸激酶异常增高精神病患者450例做为研究组,同期入院时血清肌酸激酶值在正常范围内的精神病患者400例为对照组,于治疗前、治疗2周末和4周末分别进行血清肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶,心电图检测,同时以阳性症状与阴性症状量表评定病情.结果 研究组在发病期的血清肌酸激酶值与阳性症状与阴性症状量表有关兴奋行为条目评分及病情严重程度呈正相关,且随着治疗后病情得到控制,阳性症状与阳性症状量表评分阳性症状减少,血清肌酸激酶值及心率亦逐渐下降,4周末已降至正常范围.结论 精神病患者在发病期的阳性症状及病情程度与血清肌酸激酶活性关系密切且相平行,血清肌酸激酶活性有可能成为其生物学标志之一.

Study on serum creatine kinase activity in patients with psychopathy

Objective To explore the activity and clinical significance of serum creatine kinase（CK） in patients with psychopathy. Methods Study group ：450 patients with high Serum Creatine kinase（CK） level on admission; contral group： 400 patients＇ CK level in normal range at the same time. To determine CK, creatine kinase isoenzyme （ CK - MB） and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in weekend 2 and 4. To appraise patients＇ condition with Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） at the same time. Results In study group, CK levels and scores of the items of excited behavior relating to PANSS were correlated with severity of illness significantly. With patient＇s condition was under control after treatment, positive symptoms in PANSS were decline, CK level and heart rate drop gradually with normal range in weekend 4. Conclusion Positive symptoms and the state of illness of psychopath in period of disease have a close and equilibrium relationship with CK activity,it will become one of the biomarkers.
