维持性血液透析患者心律失常的临床观察

目的 探讨维持性血液透析患者心律失常的临床特点.方法 选择笔者所在医院32例维持性血液透析患者,总结分析透析期间心律失常的类型及相关因素.结果 32例患者行血液透析3865例次,共发生心律失常398例次,心律失常发生率为10.3%,以室性期前收缩最为多见,心律失常多发生于透析开始后3～4 h,与超滤量、心肌缺血、贫血、电解质紊乱有关.结论 血透中发生心律失常的原因是多方面的,若能针对病因防治,可减少透析中心律失常的发生率.

Clinical observation of arrhythmia in hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the clinical characters of arrhythmia in hemodialysis patients. Methods Thirty two hemodialysis patients were chosen in the study. The types and the correlation factors of arrhythmia in dialysing were analysed. Results In 3865 cases of bemodialysis,398 eases occurred arrhythmia. The incidence of arrhythmia was 10.3%. The premature ventrieular beat was the most common type in the arrhythmia events. Most of the events happened in 3 -4 h after hemodialysis beginning. The risk of arrhythmia correlated with the ultrafitration volume, myocardial isehemia, anemia and the abnormal electrolyte balance. Conclusion The causes of the arrhythmia in dialysis are various. The incidence of arrhythmia in dialysis can be reduced if the treatments are reasonable.
