| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在药物流产中诊断宫内残留物的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析2007年7月～2009年3月在笔者所在医院行经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断宫内残留物的126例患者的临床资料.结果 126例宫内残留物经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断与清宫后病理检查均相符,诊断符合率100%.结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声在药物流产后宫内残留物的诊断中有良好的应用价值,能为临床医生提供及时、准确的诊断依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler sonography on diagnosis of intrauterine residue after induced abortion. Methods 126 cases with transvaginal color doppler sonography diagnosis of intrauterine residue were analyzed retrospectively. Results The results of intrauterine residue for all cases diagnosed by transvaginal color doppler sonography were entirely correspondent with the results of pathological examination after uterine curettage. Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler sonography is worthy for the diagnosis of intrauterine residue after medical abortion, It can provide a timely and accurate basis for doctors. |
