| 摘 要： | 目的:测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏酊中两组分含量，为该药提供质量控制方法方法:应用差示、双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏配中两组分含量。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏和氢化可的松的样品回收率和RSD分别为99.88%,0.290%;101.0%,0.45%。结论:方法简便，快速，准确，可做为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To determine two components in compound chlorpheniramine tincture and provide the method of quality control. METHODS: Differential and double wavelength spectrophotometry was applied without prior separation. RESULTS: The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of chlorpheniramim hydrocortison were 99.88%，0.29，101 .0%，0.45%.CONCLUSION:This method is simple, quick and accurate forsimultaneous determination of two components in chlorpheniramine tincture. |
