六味地黄汤药物血清抗血管内皮细胞凋亡的作用

目的 :研究六味地黄汤及其药物血清对血管内皮细胞 (VEC)损伤模型的保护作用。方法 :本实验利用大肠杆菌内毒素 (LPS)致VEC凋亡模型 ,并通过MTT、细胞周期和凋亡细胞的检测 ,观察了药物血清对VEC的保护作用 ,并通过MDA、SOD等指标探讨其作用机理。结果 :六味地黄汤药物血清可减轻LPS对VEC的损伤 ,抑制VEC凋亡发生 ,促进VEC增殖 ;并可通过增加VEC分泌SOD ,清除MDA ,而达到其减轻LPS对内皮细胞损伤的目的。结论 :六味地黄汤具有保护VEC损伤模型的作用 ,这种作用将有助于血栓性疾病的防治。

Influence of pharmacological serum of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(六味地黄汤,LWDHD)against apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells (VEC)

Objective: To investigate the protection of the pharmacological serum of LWDHD on apoptosis model of vascular endothelia cell. Method: cell apoptosis model was made by LPS. The protection of pharmacological serum on VEC was observed by the assay of MTT, cell cycle and apoptosis, and the mechanism was discussed by the test of MDA, SOD. Result: The pharmacological serum of LWDHD can decrease the damage of VEC induced by LPS, inhibite the apoptosis and promote the proliferation of VEC. The mechanism is made by promoting VEC to secrete SOD and eliminating MDA. Conclusion: Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can protect VEC, and therefore can prevent thrombotic diseases.
