国产股骨、胫骨带锁髓内钉手术操作中的困难及对策

为提高股骨、胫骨带锁髓内钉的手术操作技巧，应用带远近端销钉瞄准器股骨、胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折１２例，胫骨干骨折１６例。使用Ｘ线影像设备观察手术操作中出现的困难及处理对策。显示主钉置入困难，锁钉不能锁入钉孔，出现“沉钉”或“浮钉”。说明影响带锁髓内钉正确置入的因素很多，了解这些因素有助于提高手术操作技巧，Ｘ线影像设备利于发现操作错误，指导正确操作。

The Difficulties and Strategies During Operative Treatment of Tibia and Femoral Shaft Fractures with Interlocking Medullary Nail Made in China

In order to improve operation technique for interlocking medullary nail,twelve femoral and sixteen tibia shaft fractures were treated with interlocking medullary nail made in China.X ray devices were used to find and correct mistakes appeared during operation.The results showed that its difficulty was main nail inserting failure,locking screw was not inserted to screw hole,locking screw inserted to front or back of nail.It suggests that the inserting interlocking medullary nail correctly was affected by many factors and the understanding of these factors will improve the operative techniques.X ray devices have an important role for discovering and correcting the mistakes in the period of operation.
