雷公藤多甙栓对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠SOD和MPO的影响

摘    要:从病理学和酶学角度观察雷公藤多甙栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)的治疗效果和作用机理。方法:将SD大鼠制成UC模型,设正常对照组,将模型鼠随机分为模型组和治疗组,同时设治疗对照组,分别以雷公藤多甙栓和柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)栓治疗。观察各组大鼠结肠组织的病理变化和测定大鼠血清及结肠组织的SOD、MPO的活性。结果:与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠的结肠组织病理明显改善,血清及结肠组织的SOD活性明显升高,MPO活性下降明显,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤多甙栓对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠有明显的治疗作用,可能是通过抗炎及抗氧化来实现的。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium suppository on Ulcerative Colitis(UC) model rats from pathology and enzyme.Methods:Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat model of UC was established and detected with normal rats served as controls.UC model rats were randomly divided into placebo control group and treatment group using normal treatment rats served as controls,They were treated by Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium suppository and Sulfasalazine(SASP) suppository.In every group,pathological change and the level of SOD(Superoxide Dismutase)and MPO(Myeloperoxidase)in sera and colon tissue were observed.Results:In comparison with model group,pathological change was got better in treatment group and there was notably improved about the level of SOD and there was significantly decreased about the level of MPO in the sera and colon tissue,there was very significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium suppository has treatment effect on rats from ulcerative colitis,it was a probable way from resisting inflammatory and oxidative stress.
