上海市嘉定区2011年学生龋病现状调查及分析

目的了解嘉定区中小学生患龋及龋齿充填情况，为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法按照全国第三次口腔流行病学调查方法及标准，2011年9月一2012年8月对学生进行口腔检查，对其中的中浅度龋齿进行免费充填，治疗前家长均签署知情同意书。结果2011年嘉定区幼儿园、小学和中学学生患龋率分别为52．57％、65．17％和34．62％，平均患龋率为53．83％，充填率为47．59％、48．92％和65．74％，合计充填率为50-33％，患龋率、充填率均高于2011年上海市平均水平，嘉定区和上海市比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论嘉定区学生患龋率处于较高水平，龋齿充填率较高。应加强中小学生龋病防治工作，降低龋齿发生率。

Investigation of Dental Caries Status of Students in Jiading District of Shanghai

bstract OBJECTIVE To obtain the information of the prevalence of dental caries among primary and high school students in Jiading District, and to provide evidence for the further intervention. METHODS According to the third national oral health epidemiological investigation method and standard, oral examination of students from September 2011 to August 2012, all the parents signed informed consents before treatment, the moderate and shallow cavities were all filled in for free. RESULTS The caries prevalence rates of the students in kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools of Jiading District were respectively 52.57%, 65.17% and 34.62%, mean dmft was 53.83%; the filling ratios were 47.59%, 48.92% and 65.74%, the total filling rate was 50.33% in 2011. Caries prevalence rate and filling rate were higher than average level of Shanghai in 2011, There were significant differences between Jiading District and Shanghai （P〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION The caries rate is at a high level, while the filling rate of dental caries is also very high. It＇s still necessary to increase prevention efforts to reduce the incidence of dental caries.
