| 摘 要： | 目的：分别测量50例中国人开牙合]和深覆牙合]的ODI值为临床应用提供参考。方法：选择中国人开牙合]和深覆牙合]病例各50名，每组其男女各25名，每组平均年龄15．7岁，通过头影测量分析获得ODI值进行比较分析。并与白种人及中国人正常牙合]数值进行比较，经t检验得出统计学结果。结果：不同种族的开牙合]和深覆牙合]患者ODI值有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；中国人正常牙牙合]，深覆牙合]和开牙合]之间的ODI值有极显著差别（P〈0．001）。结论：本研究提示的测量分析结果为临床应用ODI值对错牙合]畸形的诊治提供参考。
