右室收缩时间间期诊断肺动脉高压

摘    要:用脉冲式多普勒超声心动图测量30例正常人和37例各种先天性心脏病患者的右室收缩时间间期,并与心导管测量肺动脉收缩压对比分析。结果表明,右室收缩时间间期与肺动脉收缩压呈高度相关,肺动脉高压与正常肺动脉压间右室收缩时间间期差异极为显著(p<0.001)。

Abstract:The right ventricular systolic time intervals(RVSTI)weremeasured in 30 normal persons and 37 patients with various congenitalheart diseases using Pulsed Doppler Echocardiography.Comparison wasmade between RVSTI and pulmonary systolic pressure(PASP)measuredby cardiac catheterization.Results showed that there was a high correlationbetween RVSTI and PASP,that there was a significant difference(P<0.001)between pulmonary hypertension and normal pulmonary artery pressure.
