| 摘 要： | POEMS是多发性神经病变、脏器肿大、内分泌病变、M蛋白和皮肤改变的首字母缩略词。目前人们对这种起源于潜在浆细胞增生症的副癌综合征知之甚少。肾小球样血管瘤被认为是POEMS综合症皮肤改变的特殊标记。本文报道一例68岁男性患者，因多发性血管瘤就诊于皮肤科，经组织活检诊断为肾小球样血管瘤，随后进一步研究确诊为POEMS综合征。

| Abstract: | POEMS is an acronym for polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal protein, and skin changes. It is a poorly understood paraneoplastic syndrome that stems from an underlying plasma cell dyscrasia. Of the skin changes, the glomeruloid hemangioma is considered to be a specific marker of POEMS syndrome. We describe a 68-year-old man who presented to his dermatologist with multiple hemangiomas, whose biopsy diagnosis of glomeruloid hemangioma resulted in further revaluation and an eventual diagnosis of POEMS. |
