| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钢丝环形加"8"字内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的术后护理干预。方法回顾性总结34例尺骨鹰嘴骨折手术治疗术后护理经验。结果对34例患者随访,优良率94.11%。术后8～10周骨折愈合,内固定物先后顺利取出,恢复良好功能。结论钢丝环形加"8"字内固定治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折术后护理得当,对骨折具有很好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the post-operative care intervention about olecroanon fracture for the treatment by circular wiring fixation and figure of eight internal fixation. Method To retrospective summarize 34 cases of olecranon fracture post-operative care experience. Result 34 cases of patients with follow-up, the excellent rate of 94.11%. 8 - 10 weeks after fracture healing, has a smooth internal fixator removed, the restoration of good function. Conclusion Circular wiring fixation and figure of eight internal fixation for the treatment of olecranon fractures proper postoperative care of fractures with a good results. |
