经皮注射自体骨髓治疗骨折延迟愈合与不愈合

目的 探讨经皮注射注入自体骨髓移植治疗骨折延迟愈合与不愈合的治疗效果。方法 21例患者抽取自体红骨髓离心后在C臂X线机透视下经皮注射至骨折延迟愈合与不愈合部位，定期随访观察骨折愈合进展情况。结果 20例获随访，骨折愈合18例，2例未愈合，愈合率90％，愈合时间4-11个月，平均8个月。21例患者经注射后无局部及全身感染并发症，未见异位骨化。结论 经皮注射自体骨髓移植治疗骨折延迟愈合与不愈合具有安全、有效、创伤小等优点，是临床上可供选择的治疗方法，值得深入研究及推广。

Percutaneous auto-bonemarrow injection in the treatment of delayed union and nonunion

Objective To study the curative effect on percutaneous auto-bonemarrow transplantation for treating nonunion and delayed union. Methods Auto-redmarrow was aspirated and centrifugalized in 21 cases. Percutaneous auto-redmarrow was injected to the sites of delayed union and nonunion under C arm roentgenoscopy. The progressive status of union was observed and followed-up periodically. Results Follow-up was got in 20 cases. The union was in 18 cases, union rate was 90%. The union time was from 4 to 11 months (mean 8 months). No local general infections and ectopic ossification was found in all cases after injection. Conclusion Percutaneous auto-bonemarrow injection has safe, effective and less trauma etc advantages. It is one of the best therapeutic methods for treating delayed union and nonunion.
