| 摘 要： | 目的研究桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症（CPM）的MRI特点及其鉴别诊断。方法对2008年9月。2010年12月我院诊断的10例CPM患者影像学表现进行回顾性分析。结果病变多位于桥脑中央部位，常呈对称性分布；点片状长T2WI长TIWI信号，FLAIR及DWI像呈高信号改变。结论作为一种罕见的髓鞘脱失疾病，临床症状和体征是其诊断的基础，而头颅MRI的应用是其诊断的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the MRI features of central pontine myelinolysis （ CPM ）. Methods Imaging features of 10 cases CPM patients diagnosed in our hospital from September 2008 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesion of CPM was in the center of the pontins. The lesion was manifested as long signal on T1 and T2 weighted image. FLAIR and DWI images showed high signal changes. Conclusion The MR imaging is an effective way to diagnose the CPM, and the MR imaging appearances mentioned above are strongly suggestive for the diagnosis of CPM. |
