| 摘 要： | 目的 建立安胎益母丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用RP-HPLC法，以乙腈-水（15：85）为流动相，检测波长为230mm。结果 芍药苷在（15．40～154．00）μxg／mL（r=O．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．6％，RSD为0,64％（n=6）。结论 本文方法简便可靠，专属性强，重复性好，可用于安胎益母丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the methods of determination of paeoniflorin in Antai Yimu Pill. Methods HPLC was used and acetonitrile-water（ 15 ： 85） mixture as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 230nm. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of （15.40-154.00）μg/mL,（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.6%,and RSD was 0.64%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of Antai Yimu Pill. |
