| 摘 要： | 目的分析2010年昭通市麻疹疫情的流行病学特征及规律，为制定麻疹防控策略提供科学的依据。方法对昭通市2010年麻疹病例资料进行统计分析，探讨影响昭通市麻疹流行特征的有关因素。结果昭通市2010年的麻疹发病数为48例，发病率为7．17／100万；在5月份发病率达到一个高峰；发病率前三位的地区为镇雄县、永善县和威信县。男女性别比为1．29：1；发病年龄主要集中在0～4岁组，占报告病例数的56．25％；发病以散居、托幼儿童和学生为主。结论提高外来儿童的常规免疫接种率，及时对适龄儿童进行麻疹疫苗复种和查漏补种，并有计划地开展麻疹疫苗强化免疫，消除免疫空白，提高预防意识，是降低我市麻疹发病率，消除麻疹的关键。
