早期护理干预对危重患者功能性胃排空障碍的影响

目的探讨早期护理干预对防治危重患者胃瘫的效果。方法符合纳入标准危重患者89例按入院顺序分为对照组45例和观察组44例，对照组予危重患者常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施早期护理干预。观察两组患者胃动力恢复时间和MODS发生率、病死率。结果观察组胃动力恢复时间明显短于对照组，且观察组并发症发生率、病死率均低于对照组。结论早期护理干预能防治危重患者胃瘫，降低MODS发生率、病死率。

Observation on Effect of Nursing Intervention in Early Stage on Functional Delayed Gastric Emptying for Critically Ill Patients

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in early stage on functional delayed gastric emptying for critically ill patients. Methods Divided 89 critical patients who meet the inclusion criteria into control group （ n=45 ） and observation group （ n=44 ） according to sequence of hospitalization. Critical patients in control group received routine nursing care. Critical patients in observation group received nursing intervention in early stage. Recovery time of gastroparesis, complication rate of MODS and mortality in two groups were compared. Results The restoring time of gastroparesis, complication rate of MODS and mortality were significantally decreased in observation group than those in the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention in early stage can promote the recovery time of gastroparesis in critically ill patients and reduce the complication rate of MODS, mortality.
