异位妊娠的危险因素研究

目的探讨异位妊娠的相关因素。方法对1674例妊娠女性资料进行分析，调查异位妊娠发生率及患者的相关资料，采用单因素分析异位妊娠的相关因素，并分析异位妊娠发生的危险因素。结果1674例妊娠女性中发生异位妊娠53例，异位妊娠发生率为3．2％，首次性行为年龄、妇科炎症、流产史、宫内节育器、腹部手术史以及使用紧急避孕药物是异位妊娠发生的相关因素；妇科炎症、流产史、应用紧急避孕药物是异位妊娠的危险因素。结论异位妊娠的危险因素较多，患者妇科生殖卫生状况与异位妊娠的发生密切相关。

Risk Factors for Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To investigate the relevant factors of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Of 1674 cases of pregnant women were analyzed to investigate the incidence of ectopic pregnancy and the patient＇s relevant information, using single-factor analysis of ectopic pregnancy-related factors, and analysis of risk factors for ectopic pregnancy. Results There were 53 cases of ectopic pregnancy, and incidence of ectopic pregnancy was 3.2%. Age of first sexual intercourse, gynecological inflammation, miscarriage hostory, intrauterine contraceptive devices, history of abdominal surgery and the use of emergency contraception were relevant factors of heterotopic pregnancy. Gynecological inflammation, miscarriage hostory and emergency acyeterion were risk factors of ectopic pregnancy. Conclusion Factors causing ectopic pregnancy are plenty, and gynecological health conditions of patients are closely related to the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.
