| 摘 要： | 目的探讨64层螺旋CT灌注成像在急性缺血性脑卒中的应用。方法对36例急性缺血性脑卒中患者行头颅64层螺旋灌注成像（CT perfusion imaging，CTPI）检查，并分析灌注参数。结果CT平扫与CTPI显示脑缺血性改变阳性率分别为52．77％、97．22％，且CTPI显示病灶较常规CT平扫扩大，两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CTPI能够早期诊断缺血性脑卒中，对半暗带判定有较高的敏感性，对缺血性脑卒中早期诊断具有很高的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate application of 64-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging in acute ischemic stroke. Methods All 36 patients with acute ischemic stroke were examined by 64-slice perfusion imaging （ CT perfusion imaging, CTPI ） and analyzed the perfusion parameters. Results CT scan and CTPI showed the rates of cerebral ischemic positive change were 52.77%, 97.22%, and CTPI showed lesions were bigger than the conventional CT scan, both of the differences had statistical significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion CTPI has a higher sensitivity to determine the penumbra and diagnoses the ischemic stroke early. |
