护理千预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院感染科2009年1月～2010年1月住院治疗的慢性乙肝患者80例作为人选对象，根据是否实施护理干预随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上应用系统的护理干预，应用统计学方法对两组患者治疗的依从性以及两组患者的生活质量改善情况进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较，干预组的完全依从率明显高于对照组，不依从率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。干预组在生活、饮食、用药、心理、隔离知识等方面的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者实施护理干预措施，可以提高乙肝患者的治疗依从性，同时改善患者的生活质量。

Nursing Intervention for Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Treatment

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B treatment compliance and quality of life. Methods All 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B as the selected object in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 hospitalization, depending on whether the implementation of nursing intervention were randomly divided into two groups and the control group. Control group treated with conventional care, observed in the routine care of patients on the basis of application of the nursing intervention, the application of statistical methods for the two groups of patients with adherence to treatment, and two groups of patients quality of life improvement for comparative analysis. Results Compared with control group, the full intervention group was significantly higher compliance rate, non-compliance rate was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Intervention group life, diet, medication, psychological, isolation knowledge of quality of life score was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For patients with chronic hepatitis B care interventions can improve treatment compliance of patients with hepatitis B, while improving patient quality of life.
