| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同性别阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者治疗前后心理状况的变化。方法对136例经全夜多导睡眠图（PSG）确诊为OSAS的患者，按性别分为男72例，女64例，在治疗前后通过Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）分别对其进行心理调查，比较各组指标差异。结果44．85％（61／136）的OSAS患者合并抑郁，男性抑郁发病率为44．44％（32/72），女性为45．31％（29／64）；35．29％（48／136）的OSAS患者合并焦虑，男性焦虑发病率为34．72％（25／72），女性为35．94％（23／64）。男女抑郁焦虑发病率均无显著差异（P〉0．05）。治疗前男女SDS标准分分别为（37．9±5．8）、（41．8±4．5），SAS标准评分分别为（32．5±4．3）、（34．7±5．1），女性均高于男性（P〈0．05）。治疗后男女SDS标准分分别为（30．8±4．7）、（33．1±4．2），SAS标准评分分别为（28．7±3．9）、（29．5±4．1），与治疗前比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论OSAS患者抑郁和焦虑发病率无性别差异，抑郁和焦虑状态存在性别差异，女性高于男性。治疗后抑郁和焦虑均有好转。
