| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肱三头肌两侧入路双钢板肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法 采用此方法治疗35例肱骨远端C型骨折，术后主动与被动锻炼相结合。结果 随访6～15个月，平均9个月，未见骨折松动移位，参照Cassebaum评分：优26例、良5例、可2例、差2例。结论 经肱三头肌两侧人路双钢板固定肱骨远端c型骨折疗效满意，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the effect of approach through the triceps into the road on both sides of double-plate type C distal humerus fractures. Methods There were 35 cases of such treatment,with a combination of active and passive exercise. Results Followed by investigation of 6-15 months（an average of 9 months）,with no sign of loosening. With reference to Cassebaum：26 execellent, 5 good,2 passed and 2 failed. Conclusion It is acceptalbe to take the approach on both sides of douhle-plate fixation of type C distal humerus fractures and it is worth popularizing. |
