曲普瑞林在腹腔镜大子宫肌瘤切除术术前应用的临床意义

目的通过回顾分析，探讨腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤切除术术前应用曲普瑞林缩小肌瘤从而利于手术的可行性及临床应用价值。方法对153例子宫肌瘤超过12孕周大小的患者行腹腔镜大子宫肌瘤切除术，术前于月经周期的第2天肌肉注射曲普瑞林3．75mg，每月1次，共3个月，设为研究组。以往术前未用曲普瑞林施行同样手术的大肌瘤患者148例，设为对照组。结果研究组153例患者均顺利在腹腔镜下完成手术，术中、术后均无并发症发生；子宫肌瘤体积、术中平均出血量及血红蛋白浓度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤切除术术前应用曲普瑞林可以明显缩小子宫及子宫肌瘤体积；减少子宫血流，使术中出血量明显下降；提高血红蛋白浓度并改善贫血的相关症状，值得临床推广。

Triptorelin in Laparoscopic Resection of Large Uterine Fibroids before the Operation

Objective By retrospective analysis, the next big laparoscopic myomectomy preoperative triptorelin reduced fibroid surgery benefit feasibility and clinical application. Results In study group 153 patients were successfully completed in laparoscopic surgery, intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. Uterine fibroid volume, mean blood volume and hemoglobin concentration compared with the control group were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy large triptorelin before application can significantly reduce the size of the uterus and uterine fibroids; reduce uterine blood flow, so that blood loss decrease significantly; Increased hemoglobin concentration and anemia-related symptoms and is worthy of promotion.
