LC术后胆囊下肝管漏胆7例

目的 探讨胆囊下肝管损伤的临床表现、预防及处理方法。方法 对2000年1月～2011年2月我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术后经手术证实的7例胆囊下肝管损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 7例胆囊下肝管损伤患者分别经穿刺引流后手术引流和直接手术引流后数十天治愈。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术后可能出现胆囊下肝管漏胆，手术中仔细操作可以预防其发生，一旦发生多须较长时问引流方能治愈。

Analysis of 7 Cases with Bile Leaks from Hepatic Duct Under Gall Bladder after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To discusss clinical manifestation,prophylaxis and treatment of the injury of hepatic duct under gall bladder after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Clinical data from 7 cases with operatively confirmed injury of hepatic duct under gall bladder after laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed from January 2000 to February 2011. Results Seven cases with injury of hepatic duct under gall bladder were respectively managed by percntaneous drainage,reoperative drainage or direct drainage during operation. Conclusion Injury of hepatic duct or bile leaks under gall bladder might occur after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Careful manipulation during operation could prevent some patients from such injury, and long term drainage would be required once it occurred.
