唑来膦酸预防肿瘤化疗后骨质疏松临床观察

目的 探讨唑来膦酸预防中老年人恶性肿瘤化疗后骨质疏松的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选择计划化疗的中老年恶性肿瘤患者63例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组每天均给予纯牛奶400mL，补充钙剂和维生素D。治疗组33例在化疗之前先给予唑来膦酸4mg静脉注射，以后每年给予一次唑来膦酸4mg。1年后观察两组骨密度的变化，并观察其不良反应。结果 治疗组骨密度增加29例，占87．9％；对照组骨密度下降30例，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。治疗组7例出现轻度的发热、头痛、肌痛等流感样症状等不良反应，占11．1％。结论 唑来膦酸预防中老年人恶性肿瘤化疗后的骨质疏松安全、方便、有效。

Clinical Observation of Zoledronic Acid Prevented the Osteoporosis Caused by Chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zoledronic acid prevented the osteoporosis caused by chemotherapy. Methods All 63 cases of malignant tumor to chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups. Two groups used pure milk 400mL/dayoral,ealeium and vitaminD. Treatment groups 33 patients with Zoledronic acid 4rag/time, 1 time/year intravenous drip. After 1 year bone mineral density（BMD）and adverse drag reaction were observed. Results BMD were raised 29 cases in treatment groups （87.9%）,BMD were decreased 30 cases in control groups,the effective rate was 87.9% with significant difference between the two groups （P〈O.05）. Treatment groups 7cases mild to moderate influenza-like symptoms,including fever,headache,pain occurred in 7 cases in treatment groups （11.1%）. Conclusion Zoledronic acid is effective,convenient and safe into prevente the osteoporosis caused by chemotherapy.
