护理干预对剖宫产产妇产后恢复的影响观察

目的探讨护理干预对剖宫产产妇产后恢复情况的影响。方法选取2011年1—6月于本院进行剖宫产生产的150例产妇为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（传统护理模式组）75例和观察组（加强护理干预组）75例，后将两组产妇的排气、拔管、进食及泌乳时间、产后乳房泌乳、胀痛及硬结发生率进行统计及比较。结果观察组排气、拔管、进食及泌乳时间、产后乳房泌乳、胀痛及硬结发生率均优于对照组，有显著性差异（P均〈0．05）。结论对剖宫产产后产妇加强护理干预可以显著改善患者的泌乳情况，并可缩短产妇的术后恢复时间。

The Observation of the Effect for Nursing Intervention on the Impact of Cesarean Section Postpartum Recovery

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the cesarean section postpartum recovery situation. Methods All 150 cases of maternal cesarean section from January 2011 to June 2011 in our hospital for the production were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group （ traditional model of care group ） with 75 cases and the observation group （ enhanced care intervention group ） with 75 cases. The exhaust, extubation, time consuming and lactation, postpartum breast milk, the incidence of pain and induration for the two groups were compared. Results The exhaust, extubation, time consuming and lactation, postpartum breast milk, the incidence of pain and induration for the observation group were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant difference. Conclusion Nursing intervention on the impact of cesarean section postpartum can improve the situation of patients with lactation and reduces the mother＇s postoperative recovery time.
