| 摘 要： | 目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合倍他乐克治疗舒张性心力衰竭（DHF）的疗效。方法选择我院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的50例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分两组，对照组给予洋地黄、利尿剂和硝酸酯类药物治疗；观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用倍他乐克、厄贝沙坦治疗，并观察两组疗效。结果观察组治疗后左心室功能指标均优于治疗前及对照组（P〈0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦和倍他乐克联合治疗舒张性心力衰竭疗效确切，临床值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect diastolic heart failure of treated by irbesartan and metoprolol. Methods Selected 50 patients which were diastolic heart failure from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital to divided into two groups randomly, control group was given digitalis, diuretics and nitrates ; Observation group were treated based on the use of Metoprolol, Irbesartan, and observed the effect of two groups. Results After treatment, the function of left ventricular indicators were better than before and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of diastolic heart failure treated by the combination of Irbesartan and metoprolol is effective, which should be widely applied. |
