中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足效果观察

目的探讨椎基底动脉供血不足中西医结合治疗效果观察。方法选择2009年1月～2011年6月来我院治疗的患者160例,男88例,女72例,平均年龄62岁,病程2个月～7年。所有患者均符合世界卫生组织（WHO）短暂性椎-基底动脉供血不足的诊断标准。随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者给予丹参注射液20mL和盐酸丁咯地尔0．2g溶于5％葡萄糖溶液或0．9％氯化钠溶液中静脉滴注,每日1次,半个月为1个疗程。观察组在此基础上给予中药制剂。结果两组患者在治疗一个疗程后,对照组80例,治愈21例（26．25％）,显效36例（45．00％）,无效23例（28．75％）,总有效率71．25％;观察组80例,治愈44例（55．00％）,显效34例（42．50％）,无效2例（2．50％）,总有效率97．50％。两组患者治疗结果比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足有相互协同作用,疗效显著,值得临床广泛使用。

Effect Observed on Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Treated with Integrative Medicine

Objective To evaluate the effect of vertebrobasilar insufficiency treated with Integrative Medicine. Methods From January 2009 to June 2011,160 patients treated in our hospital, male 88 cases, female 72 cases, mean age was 62 years, duration of 2 months to 7 years. All in compliance with WHO transient vertebral artery insufficiency diagnostic criteria. Randomly divided into control group and observation group, two groups were treated with Dan shen injection 20mL and hydrochloric acid Buflomedil 0.2g dissolved in 5% glucose solution or 0.9% sodium chloride solution intravenously, Once a day, two weeks for a course; Based on this observation group give Chinese medicine. Results Two groups of patients after a course of treatment, control group of 80 patients were cured in 21 cases （26.25%）, effective in 36 cases （45.00%）, ineffective in 23 （28.75%）, the total efficiency was 71.25%; Observation group had 80 cases, were cured in 44 cases （ 55.00% ）, effective in 34 patients （ 42.50% ）, invalid 2 （ 2.50% ）, the total effective rate was 97.50%. Comparison of two groups of patients there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy of Vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency there is a mutual synergy effect is significant, worthy of widespread use.
