荀萄糖酸锌辅助治疗秋季腹泻疗效观察

目的观察葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将100例秋季腹泻患儿随机分成两组，对照组50例给予常规治疗，治疗组50例在常规治疗的基础上加用葡萄糖酸锌口服治疗，观察比较两组患儿的主要临床症状体征消失时间、住院天数及3个月内再次出现腹泻的发病率。结果两组患儿在呕吐、腹泻消失时间，大便常规恢复时间，住院天数及3个月内再次出现腹泻的发病率上比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗秋季腹泻可使症状缓解，病程缩短，减少再次腹泻的发生率，疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Effect Observation of Zinc Gluconate in Adjuvant Treatment Autumn Diarrhea Curative

Objective To observe the effects of zinc gluconate autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in adjuvant treatment autumn diarrhea.Methods All of 80 cases in control group were given conventional treatment, the treatment group 40 cases were given the routine treatment with zinc gluconate oral treatment, two groups were observed in children with major clinical symptoms disappear time, length of hospital stay and again in 3 months with diarrhea incidence. Results Of the two groups in the vomiting, diarrhea stool routine disappearance time, recovery time, and length of hospital stay and again in 3 months with diarrhea incidence on differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Zinc gluconate in adjuvant treatment autumn diarrhoea can ease the symptoms, shorten the course of the disease, reduce diarrhea occurring again, curative effect is worth the clinical promotion.
