中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病60例疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法将2007年10月～2011年6月本院收治的120例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加中药治疗，比较两组的疗效及血糖、血脂变化情况。结果治疗组的疗效优于对照组，且治疗组血糖控制效果明显优于对照组，血脂指标也较对照组明显改善，两组上述指标分别比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病疗效优于单纯西医治疗，可以明显改善患者的血糖、血脂水平，值得推广和应用。

Effect of 60 Cases with Obesity Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Integrative Medicine

Objective To explore the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods All 120 patients with obesity were selected in our hospital from October 2007 to June 2011, they were divided into treatment group and control group, control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine on the based of the conventional treatment, two groups were compared efficacy and blood glucose and lipid changes. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group, blood glucose control in the treatment group was better than the control group, serum lipids was improved than the control group all of these indicators, the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination therapy of obesity type 2 diabetes treatment is better than western medicine, can significantly improve the patient＇s blood sugar, blood lipid levels, should be promoted and applied.
