26例距骨骨折手术治疗分析

目的探讨距骨骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法距骨骨折患者26例，15例于伤后24h内行手术治疗，11例于伤后1～6d内行手术治疗。术后使用抗菌药物1～3d预防感染；静脉滴注β-七叶皂苷钠20mg3～7d局部消肿；拆线后患肢非负重短腿石膏管型固定6～12周。结果26例患者中7例可吸收螺钉、19例普通拉力螺钉＋松质骨螺钉内固定；仅1例距骨缺血性骨坏死，1例创伤性关节炎；术后AOFAS评分优良率达73．08％，总疗效较为满意。结论距骨骨折后及时早期手术；选择合适的手术方案对减少距骨缺血性坏死及其他并发症的发生具有重要意义。

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment on Talus Fracture

Objective To study the appropriate methods and effect of surgical treatment on talus fracture. Methods There were 26 patients with talus fracture treated surgically, 15 patients in the surgical treatment expert at 24 hours after injury, and 11 patients in the surgical treatment expert at 1 - 6 days after injury. Results There were 7 patients fixed with screws were absorbed, and 19 patients with ordinary tension screw＋Cancellous screws, there were 1 case of the talus ischemic osteonecrosis, 1 case traumatic arthritis; According to the AOFAS score post-operative, the rate of excellent-good was 73.08%, the total curative effect was satisfied. Conclusion Giving surgical treatment in time after injury and choosing the appropriate surgical programme has important meaning to reducing the talus avascular necrosis and other complications.
