经阴道联合腹部超声在妇科急腹症诊断中的临床意义

目的探讨经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇科急腹症中的应用价值。方法选择近期于我院急诊科及妇产科就诊的妇科急腹症患者122例。所有患者术前均于我院行超声学检查，以术后病理学检查结果为金标准，判断联合诊断的准确性。结果经阴道联合腹部超声诊断122例妇科急腹症患者的诊断符合率平均为93．4％（114／122），超声诊断误诊率为4．1％（5／122），漏诊率为2．5％（3／122），均显著优于单纯经腹探查组（P〈0．05）。结论超声学检查重复性好、诊断速度快、准确率高，是妇科急腹症检查的重要方法。

Diagnosis Value of Gynecologic Acute Abdominal Disease by Transabdominal Ultrasonography Combining with Trans-vaginal Ultrasonography

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of gynecologic acute abdominal disease by trans-abdominal ultrasonography combining with trans-vaginal ultrasonography. Methods Selected 122 cases of gynecology acute abdominal disease in our emergency department and obstetrics and gynecology department. All patients were inspected by ultrasonic inspection before the operation. To judge the diagnostic accuracy of joint method, the patients all performed postoperative pathology examination to compare the result with the gold standard. Results Postoperative pathologic diagnosis as the standard, the diagnostic coincidence rate of gynecologic acute abdominal disease by trans-abdominal ultrasonography combining with trans-vaginal ultrasound in 122 cases of patients was 93.4% （ 114/122 ）, with the misdiagnosis rate 4.1% （5/122）and missed rate for 2.5% （3/122）, which were significantly better than pure abdominal exploration group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ultrasonic inspection has a widespread advantage such as high repeatability, rapid diagnosis, accurate, which is an important method for examination of gynecological acute abdominal disease.
