序贯结肠透析治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察及护理

目的观察序贯结肠透析治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效并探讨相应的护理措施。方法选择2010年1月-2011年1月就诊于温岭市第一人民医院消化科的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象，随机分成试验组40例和对照组40例，试验组在常规治疗基础上给予序贯结肠透析，对照组仅进行常规治疗。比较治疗1个疗程后的临床疗效，并总结护理经验。结果试验组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（x2=6．275，P=0．012），且无明显的不良反应。结论序贯结肠透析可以提高治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。护士对透析前、透析中和透析后患者的良好护理在结肠透析中起着至关重要的作用。

The Effect of Sequential Colon Dialysis and Nursing Care on Colitis Gravis

Objective To know the effect of sequential colon dialysis and nursing care on colitis gravis. Methods A total of 80 patients came from the First People＇ s Hospital of Wenling from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2011 were randomized into the observation group and the control group. Sequential colon dialysis was used in the observed group, and the observed group did not accepted sequential colon dialysis. After one course of the treatment, the difference of curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results There was significantly higher effective percentage in the observation group than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and there was no obvious untoward effect. Conclusion Sequential colon dialysis is a good method to cure colitis gravis, and need fine nursing care from start to finish.
