平片无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效比较

目的对比分析平片无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法选择我院2008年1月-2010年1月符合诊断标准的住院治疗的腹股沟疝患者90例作为观察对象，根据人选先后顺序随机分为A组（平片无张力疝修补术）和B组（疝环充填式疝修补术）各45例，应用统计学方法对比分析两种手术方法的疗效。结果通过对比分析，结果显示治疗组的手术时间、平均出血量、平均住院时间分别与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组的平均手术费用明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）.结论平片无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效相似，但平片无张力疝修补术费用低，因此更适合基层医院推广应用。

Efficacy of Plain Film Tension-free Hernia Repair and Hernia Ring Filling Hernia Repair Hernia Repair in Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

Objective To compare the efficacy of plain film tension-free hernia repair and hernia ring filling hernia repair in inguinal hernia treatment. Methods All 90 patients with inguinal hernia as an object of observation, were randomly divided into group A （ plain film tension-free hernia repair ）, group B （ hernia ring filling hernia repair ） of the 45 cases. Results Compared with the control group, there were no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）in operative time, mean blood loss, average length of stay of treatment group. But the average cost of surgery in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of complications in both groups, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Plain film tension-free hernia repair and hernia ring filling hernia repair inguinal hernia has similar efficacy, but the plain film tension-free hernia repair has low cost. Therefore, the plain film tension-free hernia repair is more suitable for primary hospital application.
