手术治疗结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻25例

目的探讨结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的手术治疗方法和注意事项，提高患者生存率。方法收集25例结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者，对其采用手术治疗并进行回顾性分析。结果25例患者中24例治愈出院，1例死亡，随访1年生存率为79．1％，I期切除吻合术疗效较好。结论完善术前准备，正确选择结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的手术方法、手术时机和术中肠道灌洗方法，做好围术期和术后治疗和护理是提高手术成功率的关键。

Surgical Treatment of 25 Cases Acute Intestinal Obstruction Caused by Colon Cancer

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer and improve patients＇ survival. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 25 cases of acute intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer which were used surgical treatment. Results All 24 patients were cured and discharged and one patient died, one year survival rate was 79.1%. The effect of stage I tumor resection and anastomosis was better than stage I colostomy, stage Ⅱ tumor resection and anastomosis. Conclusion Good preoperative preparation, correct surgical methods, timing of surgery, intraoperative bowel lavage method, and good perioperative and postoperative treatment and care is the key to improve the success rate of surgery.
