高血压患者血尿酸水平表达及与大血管病变的相关性研究

目的观察高血压尿酸（UA）水平表达与及大血管病变的相关性。方法480例高血压患者作为研究对象，选取同期健康体检者480例作为对照人群，两组空腹行肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平检测。结果高血压患者UA高于体检人群，高血压患者中高UA血症患者190例。高血压患者高UA血症患者糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖与UA正常患者无差异（P〉0．05）；总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐高于UA正常组（P〈0．05）。随访（22．45±5．34）个月，高UA血症组中冠心病、急性脑血管意外、死亡率均高于UA正常组（P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者UA平均水平高，UA参与了动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展，是大血管病变的重要危险因素，应将uA检测作为常规检验项目，并实施相应干预。

Expressing of Uric Acid Levels in High Blood Pressure Patients and Relationship with Big Vascular Lesions

Objective To observe the high blood pressure uric acid （ UA ） level expression and relationship with big vascular lesions. Methods All 480 cases high blood pressure patients as research objects, and to select the same period healthy check-up 480 cases as the control group, two groups were checked empty stomach serum creatinine, total cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood sugar, glycated hemoglobin level detection. Results High blood pressure patients UA level was higher than healthy check-up groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, 190 cases high UA patients in high blood pressure patients, high blood pressure patients with high UA patients glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood sugar without difference than UA normal patients （P 〈 0.05 ）.Total cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine was higher than normal UA group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Follow-up （ 22.45± 5.34 ） month, high UA hematic disease groups with coronary heart disease, acute cerebrovascular accident, death was higher than the UA normal group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion High blood pressure patients with high UA, UA involves in the atherosclerosis occurrence and development, UA is the important vascular lesions risk factors, UA detection should be a routine inspection items, and implement corresponding intervention
