盐酸纳洛酮联合复方丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床分析

目的 探讨盐酸纳洛酮注射液联合复方丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy，HIE）的临床疗效。方法 80例HIE患儿分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗；观察组在常规治疗上加用盐酸纳洛酮注射液及复方丹参胶囊。结果 治疗后两组SOD、MDA水平均优于治疗前，差异显著（P〈0．01）；且观察组SOD、MDA水平明显优于对照组，差异显著（P〈0．05）。治疗后，观察组CT异常率（25．00％）少于对照组（47．50％），差异显著（P〈O．05）。治疗后两组NBNA评分均高于治疗前，差异显著（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组NBNA评分高于对照组，差异显著（P〈O．05）。两组未见明显的不良反应。结论 盐酸纳洛酮注射液联合复方丹参胶囊治疗HIE患儿疗效佳，副作用小，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical Analysis of Naloxone Hydrochloride Injection Jointed Fufang Danshen Capsules Treatment Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective To evaluate the effect of naloxone hydrochloride injection joint Fufang Danshen capsules treatment HIE. Methods All of 80 cases of patients with HIE were divided into the observation group and the control group.Control group： Conventional treatment. Observation group：Conventional treatment jointed naloxone hydrochloride injection and Fufang Danshen capsules. Resuits After treatment,the SOD,MDA level of two groups was higher than before treatment （P〈O.O1）. After treatment,MDA and SOD level of observation group was better than control group （P〈O.05）.The abnormal rate of CT of the observation group was 25.00%, and it was less than the control group （47.50%）（P〈O.05）.NBNA score of two groups was higher than before treatment,the differnce was significant（ P〈O.O5 ）.After treatment,NBNA rating of the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.O5）.Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The effect of Naloxone hydrochloride injection jointed Fufang Danshen capsules treatment HIE curative is good, and the side effect is small, and they have high value of clinical applications.
