| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者心功能的影响。方法 观察50例稳定性心绞痛患者尼可地尔治疗1个月前后心功能指标的变化。结果 尼可地尔治疗1月后，稳定性心绞痛患者N终端脑钠肽前体（430．12±58．11）pg／mL VS （150．65±42．32）pg／mL，（t=2．77，P〈0．01）下降，射血分数（42．15±6．16） VS （52．36±9．20），（f=2．25，P〈0．05）及E／A峰比值（0．89±0．24） VS （1．22±O．12），（t=2．21，P〈0．05）均有升高。结论 尼可地尔在减少稳定型心绞痛患者心绞痛发作同时，可改善稳定性心绞痛患者心功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of nicorandil on heart function in patients with stable angina pectoris before and after Nicorandil treatment. Methods We measured the level of N-T proBNP, E/A, EF in 50 patients with stable angina pectoris before and after I month of treatment course with Nicorandil. Results After nicorandil treatment, we found these were reduced levels N-T proBNP （430.12±58.11 pg/ml vs 150.65 ± 42.32 pg/ml, t=2.77, P〈O.01）,and raised levels of EF （42.15 ±6.16 vs 52.36±9.20,t=2.25, P〈0.05） and E/A （0.89±0.24 vs 1.22 ±0.12, t=2.31, P〈O.05）. Conclusion Nicorandil could enhance heart function in patients with stable angina pectoris. |
