| 摘 要： | 目的对比分析x线平片和CT检查在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法对28例鼻外伤患者分别进行x线和CT检查，对比分析各种检查相应的表现。结果28例患者中x线发现骨折18例（64．3％），可疑骨折5例（17．8％），阴性5例（17．8％），CT检查全部阳性，并对鼻骨及鼻骨周围复合伤诊断明确。结论普通x线检查对鼻骨骨折只是初步方法，CT应作为必需检查手段，X线平片和CT联合应用对鼻骨骨折诊断价值很大。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the value of X-ray joint CT to diagnose nasal fracture. Methods All 28 cases nasal trauma patients were checked by X-ray and CT examination, and to compare and analyze the performance of various inspection accordingly. Results In the middle of 28 patients, X-ray found fractures in 18 patients （ 64.3% ）, suspected fracture in 5 cases （ 17.8% ）, negative five cases （17.8%）, CT examination were .all positive, and around the nose and nasal complex injury diagnosed. Conclusion Ordinary X-ray examination is only a preliminary approach for the nasal bone fracture, and the CT examination methods should be used as necessary, X-ray combines CT has great diagnostic value for nasal bone fracture. |
