| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声显示肺静脉回流入左房排除完全性肺静脉异位引流（TAPVD）的可能性。方法使用彩色多普勒超声检查173例胎儿，显示肺静脉回流入左房图像。结果彩色多普勒超声检查173例胎儿，均能显示1支以上肺静脉回流入左房。结论彩色多普勒超声检查能显示肺静脉回流入左房，从而排除完全．眭肺静脉异位引流。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound showed the pulmonary vein back into the left atrium, excluding possibilities of total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage （TAPVD）. Methods All 173 cases of fetus were examined using color Doppler ultrasound for showing the images of pulmonary vein back into the left atrium. Results Color Doppler ultrasound could display more than one pulmonary vein back into the left atrium in 173 cases of fetus. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can show the pulmonary vein back into the left atrium, thereby excluding total anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. |
