康复治疗对脊髓损伤患者恢复的影响

目的研究脊髓损伤患者经过康复治疗后功能恢复情况。方法采用物理治疗、作业治疗训练、心理治疗、康复护理、职业康复等，对56例患者进行系统康复治疗，分别于入院和出院时应用改良Barthe指数（MBI）、功能独立性测量量表（FIM）进行评定。结果康复治疗后，MBI和FIM评分有显著提高，治疗后MBI、FIM评定结果明显高于治疗前，差异有显著性，P〈0．05，使用步行矫形器后，16例患者恢复步行能力，40例患者回归家庭，3例患者回归工作岗位。结论综合康复治疗能显著改善和提高脊髓损伤患者的功能。

Rehabilitation Therapy on the Efficacy of Spinal Cord Injury Patients

Objective To study the functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury after rehabilitation treatment. Methods By using physical therapy, occupational therapy training, psychological treatment, rehabilitation care, vocational rehabilitation, 56 patients were system rehabilitation, admission and discharge, respectively, with the modified Barthe Index （MBI）, functional independence measurement scale （ FIM ） were assessed. Results After rehabilitation treatment, MBI and FIM score was significantly improved than before treatment, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. By using the foot orthoses, 16 patients recovered walking ability, 40 patients returned to the family, three patients return to work. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve and enhance the function of spinal cord injury patients.
