| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥硝唑局部冲洗预防急性化脓性阑尾炎手术切口感染的作用。方法急性化脓性阑尾炎手术患者60例随机分为两组。治疗组用奥硝唑局部冲洗，对照组用生理盐水局部冲洗。观察切口感染情况。结果治疗组感染率小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥硝唑对预防化脓性阑尾炎术后切口感染具有明显的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Ornidazole local rinse for prevention of the incision infection of suppurative appendicitis. Methods All 60 cases with acute suppurative appendicitis were selected.They were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was given Ornidazole local rinse, and the control group was given 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection local rinse. Healing of incision were compared between two groups. Results Infection rate of study group was lower than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ornidazole local rinse can prevent incision infection of suppurative appendicitis after surgery. |
