摘    要:目的分析我院药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律,促进临床合理用药,减少ADR的发生。方法对我院2009年6月~2010年6月门诊西药房收集到的262例有效ADR报告,按患者的年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类、涉及的器官或系统以及临床表现等进行统计与分析。结果ADR发生的年龄分布广泛,尤其60岁以上的老年患者占39.69%。抗菌药物引起的ADR最多,占39.93%;其次为循环系统药物,占24.54%。ADR累及的器官或系统主要为消化系统,其次为神经系统和皮肤及其附件。结论合理使用抗菌药物,同时加强对老年人ADR的监测工作,减少不必要的ADR事件的发生。

Analysis of 262 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction in Our Hospital from 2009 to 2010

Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics and regular pattern of adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) occurred in our hospital and promote rational use of drugs. Methods All 262 ADR reported from clinical chemist in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010 were statistically analyzed according to patients' sex and age, route of administration, the kinds of drug induced ADR, organs and systems involved in ADR and its clinical manifestations, etc. Results ADR incidence of age are widely distributed, especially in elderly patients aged over 60 who accounted for 39.69%. Antimicrobial drug-induced ADR was most, accounting for 39.93%, followed by circulatory system drugs, accounting for 24.54%. The most frequent of organs and systems involved in ADR were digestive system, the next were nervous system, skin and its appendages. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of ADR, rational use of drug especially antibiotics were most important, and the monitoring of ADR in eldly patients should be strengthened.
